Our Team
CPI is run by a Board of Trustees. This Board is responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of CPI. All are volunteers with a range of skills and expertise from financial, corporate, community and voluntary sector backgrounds.

Business Operations Manager, with over 25 years’ experience across professional services, legal, Health and industry. Managing finance, operations, HR, Corporate Governance and Communications.

Paul is also a board member for another Dublin based charity. When not working or supporting charities he studies philosophy and politics.

10+ years serving as a Board Member on the UK's largest personal insolvency firm, Creditfix in Glasgow and currently manages his own management consultancy practice. EAs a niche, but growing area in healthcare, John's ambition for Chronic Pain Ireland is to aid the charity's ambitious expansion

Louise is the Academic Health Centre Project Manager for Ireland South Women & Infants Directorate. She has extensive experience in the not-for profit and public sector in Ireland with a special interest in education, social innovation, equality and health.

John has worked in the Pharmaceutical sector for 20+ years and has served on Boards in both the Pharma and Charity sectors. He is a paraplegic and has suffered bouts of chronic pain since sustaining a life-changing injury 35 years ago.

Julia has fifteen years experience working in the not for profit sector in a variety of roles including marketing, business development, volunteer management and operations. She has worked for charities, education and research organisations, and a social enterprise.

& Marketing, Business & Executive Coaching and is a certified Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt. Currently a trainee psychotherapist in Year 3 of an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy with The Tivoli Institute.

Working with CPI since 2008 responsiblities include governance, office management, support services, helpline & event management. Current Board Member Carmichael Ireland, member of Risk & Governance Committee and Patient Representative National Clinical Effectiveness Committee.
