Chair Yoga for Chronic Pain - introductory session

Join instructor Kim Darby for a gentle introductory session to chair yoga which is a mostly seated class. It is geared towards those with limited movement, injuries or chronic pain sufferers looking to ease themselves into the world of yoga. Kim explains "We will begin and end class with some breathing techniques and some gentle meditation. We will warm the body up for some gently seated flows (sequence of poses), working towards some more challenging poses (either seated or standing with the support of the chair).
